I'm pretty certain they said this would be the finale of the 4 Lord's Storyline.

Which I think is dumb, we need Seiryu as you say here. So unless s/he (I want Seiryu a girl so it's 2 - 2 boy/girl Lords personally) is in a Duty instance, I don't know how they're really going to end this...

Unless they're planning a sequel storyline and they meant "this is the finale of this specific arc."
