I actually solo farmed the 1st boss of the Vault to get those boots yesterday. It took me 40 minutes to get those boots to drop. Pretty easy to get now. Just patience.

The Vest itself looks cool. I went to check it out once I saw a dude wearing it then realized how hideous the neck ruffles are. Why ruin such a great top with those ruffles.
