We Really Need To Talk About The State And Path Of FFXIV

I'd just like to chime in here and say that getting to HOH floor 100 is nowhere near as difficult as it was getting a clear on guardian within the first couple of months of raid.

Also that's over 50 pages now of mostly " I don't want to raid but I want more gear". If you put as much effort into learning fights and your class as you have into this thread you'd all be BIS by now. That being said I do agree on the lashing point, the return of extremes rewarding accessories was a nice surprise as usually primal weapons are useless for raiders ( save the ones that come out on raid day)

Better equipment is aspirational and not everyone aspires to be a raider.

so you aspire to have gear for... the sake of having it? for glamour? for some sense of "collecting all the things?"
Or do you feel entitled to just have something because you want it for reasons?

Honestly if it were for glamour, that's the one area i can't talk on. I horde glamour items. To my own detriment, sure, but it beats having to run void ark ever again, even if I enjoy all 3 of the HW 24-man raids for the content and aesthetics.

But because of your sense of entitlement? Either do the content that awards it, make it if it can be made, or get over it.

Plenty of people have done a great job already of detailing why your suggestions are unnecessary at best and crippling to other parts of the game at worst so I won't go into those details but has it occurred to you that you're taking to a public forum to express your opinion and then just been rude to anyone who disagrees with you for expressing theirs?

Perhaps WhyAmIHere is here (lol, good name) is here to defend the content that they enjoy from people like you who only care about certain parts of the game. It isn't your place to question them or imply that they shouldn't be responding to you.

That wasn't a personal attack on your character. You are literally looking to be offended by what everyone says at every turn. Seriously, take a breath and step away from the forums or something. Not everyone is out to insult you, but you're sure looking to play the victim after being rude to others because of a disagreement with opinions.

What are you defending yourself from exactly? Because I said that you shouldn't tell other people "to get over it" with their own opinions about your ideas because they disagree with your own and conflict? Yea, you really shouldn't.
