    As someone who likes these odd challenges, please do not speak for others whether it will be missed or not. If it is someone's choice being a lv60 gladiator, let them for a run then never meet them again or simply vote for a kick if you dont want to comply.

    If you want this choice gone for challenges please suggest lower party sizes and non-standard role lineups (all one role) to be removed as well as those will also "not be missed, I'm sure.

    I can't wait until the Aurum Vale run where the CNJ doesn't have regen.
    Just because it's not tragic doesn't mean you should do it. My FC made it a habit to power to 30 and get your job stone before even going into Haukke just because the stupid rock makes that much of a difference. Is it doable without it? yes, of course, but there's really no reason to do so. The fact you even can go on as a class beyond 30 when you don't even have class quests for it is an oversight on the side of the developers.

    I'd sooner ask to have that only be available if you're a full premade party. People under-perform enough as is on their jobs, and role skills aren't as good as cross class actions were in making up for that sort of thing. And that's before the occasional troll who might've brought in enough people with them that you can't kick them.

    Honestly I don't even feel like its necessary to have those abilities "learned" before 30, especially for tanks. Its not that hard to hold mobs without tank stances in any of the lower dungeons. When I went through Haukke on WAR the only reason I even had Defiance on at all was in case one of those "omg why no tank stance?" people showed up. I would drop Defiance after the first Overpower because the dungeon is designed with tanks not having their stance in mind, plus Defiance is useless at that level.

    On the topic of "challenge" groups, it likely wouldn't be that hard to just disallow people from using the DF to queue for anything post-50 as a class, unless its a full premade group.

    You should have led with the flip jump!

    Are you sure about the stats? (I guess I could check it in a low level FATE) But even still that's not a very visible benefit, and I think her point is that there isn't an obvious benefit. However I don't think that is really why people end up in groups without it.

    Am I the only one not sure where your character actually equips the stones?
