I want to destroy the Scions and burn cities to the ground. Let me hunt moogles and worship my own primal! Let me use all those fancy garlean technologies. People will now farm my relic for me, because I m the Quest NPC now! Warrior of Light? Warrior of Death!

Sounds interesting...minus the prison part, unless we happen to get 3 well known cellmates planning a daring escape...


In truth, I kinda of hope that this involves some revelation that we've been either playing into the Ascians hands as the "bringer of light" or some other disaster born of our actions, perhaps Eldibus's target was Garlemald the whole time?



Even since this came out I was wondering about the vision at the end of 2.0 with the purple crystal who mamy theorize as Zodiark. we don't get visions of the future, so that has to be from the past...

I love that reference to the way that the story has us handle companions for light party duties. Make the prison break a 4-man duty (similar aesthetic to Castrum Abania). I'd dig that.

There's no need. People can just get into the habit of referring to Stormblood as SB and Shadowbringers as SH.

That is, of course, assuming that Shadowbringers is the title of the expansion...though I think it's likely given what we know the expansion's likely themes.

Also, trademarks require a lot of research and money (I know because I've done it). I can't imagine any company would trademark a name 'just' for a little patch.
