Because as said by numerous persons, your character weren't teleported into the current version. Even Legacy player can't make another character like this. Because, spoiler, they haven't teleported either.

We only get a few options outside of face paints and hairstyles. Is it bad to ask for more customization? That's what people want.

Thank you, logic. I actually already planned to do just that. I simply thought I would jump in and help explain to the OP about the legacy situation, but it's apparent that it's fruitless for either side to argue.

You know, I agree that there haven't been many additions to tattoo options. They should make more! (But not the legacy tattoo... which, by the way, we can't even customize)

More customisation options for sure, such as tattoo options. Legacy tattoo specifically though, HELL NO. And I'm not even a legacy player. If they make that available, I might just quit because it's just a major kick in the teeth to everyone who supported the original game. Even the white raven earrings are rubbing me the wrong way.
