Moghouse Ideas/Moogle Pet

These are pretty basic. I do go overboard below.

A spot where you can summon your retainer within your room.
Moogle would also let you put objects within your room and watch after your Crafting/Plant/Materia glowth within your room.
Extra storage with adding furniture in the room.
Moogle Task Achivements (Reward a Moogle costume for your Moogle)
Spot for you to costume your chocobo (Chocobo Armor)

Moogle Task Pet would have Rank and its own levels for its on DoH/DoL. Leveling his DoH/DoL would give him traits we would use to boost his task.
Increase success of Moogle Pet Tasks.

Traits would be earned after your moogle does tasks.
Ranking would be based on making your moogle do any tasks, if you dont want to do any crafting you could set him on repair and he would still rank up. Ranks dont effect the Moogle tasks but only the traits do.

Such how you gain keyitem boosts within your moghouse in FFXI.

Ranking up your moogle would give you more cost slots to place more furniture within your room.
Furinture Give you more options to place Task based Furnture and increase # of items you can place in your Storage.


Crafting/Gathering Moogle Task Ideas:

Weaver: Bug Container: They would make Silk Webs and you would make them into Silk threads or cloths.

Blacksmithing: Red Aethright Stone: Would Change Ores randomly into Rock Stones

Goldsmithing: Blue Aethright Stone: Would change ores into higher or lower grade Jewels.

Woodworking: Moogle Polisher: Moogles would Polish wood for you using the sap and other materials you give them.

Armorer: Moogle workbench: Moogles would use the materials you have place on the table to make Moogle type Materials and Weapon Parts.

Fisherman: Fishtank: Moogle would feed the fish for you and glow you capture fishies to be used in food crafts for extra benfits.

Cook: Moogle Stove: Moogle would watch the stove for you and give you the banked item.

Havesting: Plant Pot: Glow Seeds and and reward players with wood, fruits and other materials.

Miner: Mog Hammer: Moogle would break ores for you.

Leathercraft: Mog Dier: Moogle would die your leather to new foroms.

Alchemy: Acid Cookpot: Moogle would watch how your brew would be coming along.

Moogle Repair: Moogle would repair one piece of your armor by 5% a gameday til it maxed at 99%.

(You can get Materia from any task but repair) Higher grade of Materials would pay out for better Materia.

Your Task Furniture will grow in Spiritbond if its used with the correct moogle task.
The kinda Materia you would gain would lower the slot cost for placing Furniture and give you more slot space in Storage.

This is basically a mangement game of watching how your moogle crafts and farming items.

All that aside this would be another thing to consider when adding player/guild housing is a form of leveling their housing. Wether it be via moogle or whatever means it's a good concept.

I like the idea of having a Moogle in your house that can perform tasks for you. You might wanna check out this thread if you haven't already - some similar ideas being thrown around with how housing could be tied into hamlet defense.

That, and this thread I made. I think it'd be nice to actually sell and manage items from your own house, but it doesn't really seem to be a popular idea...

make 100s of bags & those 2 words just dont fit in here lol.

Moogle companion, plos.

After doing the L46 mission, I grew tired of my catgirl companion going from witty sexual remarks to full blown whore. Kind of wish I picked a Roegadyn at this point, but oh well. Moogles would be pretty nifty companions.

I never played WoW. I was thinking of "Spider Webs" & "Crawler Webs" in FFXI & Collecting items from spidersacks in Skyrim. Basically have a Jar of Spiders working and your moogle harvests them for you.

Its kinda like in Monster Hunter you get your Kitty Cat to do Tasks like Fish or Mine and give you the materials.

Moogle Fight I think is more of a Summon fight. "Moogle King" could be Moogle Avatar. Remember Moogles can be good and bad also...
