    Please do not place quest cut-scene triggers in the middle of dangerous enemies

    It's fine to have a quest objective in the middle of enemies, but when you place quest cut-scene triggers in this manner, we pretty much have the choice of watching the cut-scene and dying, or skipping it and surviving. This seems wrong.
    Several examples of this in Pagos, which you can't replay currently that I can find.

    Correct, but the enemies keep moving, and when the trigger is in the center of a cluster of them, chances are you are boned as soon as you EXIT the cut-scene.

    You can't, but loading times when you come out of a cutscene do not always coincide with the removal of the invulnerability buff. For most content I'd say whatever, it's not a dealbreaker but given the penalties for dying in Eureka I can see being irritated about that. I don't think it's wrong to have it in a hard-to-reach location where you have to traverse through dangerous mobs, but I think it's fair to ask that there aren't any mobs in aggro range at the spot itself.

    If you're talking about the level 35 quest the location is difficult to reach but not impossible. it's also out of aggro range of the griffins so you are safe while watching the cutscene and coming back out of it.

    Hmm, maybe Im wrong but, the second you trigger the cutscene, you go invul, so you arent harmed on the loading up of the cut scene. And theres (from what Ive observed) a bit of a load time window after the cutscene that youre still invulnerable. So unless your lagging hard or live on the moon with terrible ping, even if your ina cluster of monsters, youll be ok and wont insta-die. Also note, that you cant engage cutscenes if you take damage while interacting with the cutscene box, or that you probably shouldnt be running into a pack of monsters to try and start a cutscene without dealing with them.

    For the 35 quest objective in Pagos, walk to the back of the point and then use it from max distance. If you use it on the side nearer to the griffin's, that's kind of an issue with your judgment.

    There's more than just the network and lag affecting loading times. It has a lot to do with other capabilities of your system (like how fast your hard drive access is, for one). SE's servers don't know things like who has a SSD and who doesn't, and they can't always predict how long your loading screen will take. So people with relatively fast, high-end systems tend to get out of the cutscene with a moment of invulnerability left, while those playing on slower systems might not. (And for that matter, dying because you hit lag at just the wrong moment isn't much fun, either.)

    So while that invulnerability buff might protect many (most?) players most of the time, if the trigger point could be placed where people don't need to rely on it, it'd probably be an improvement.

    heh, I remember having a MSQ cutscene in ruby sea interrupted by an AOE because some later quest would spawn some mobs practically at the same place
    but at least those wouldn't one-shot you and IRC it got patched
