And then with your 5770 you can enjoy FFXIV in a decent way (if you not play in full HD)

im not buying a i5 or i7 for my buddy he can get it him self if i put a i7 in it im selling it lol this celeron has been known beat amd athlon dual and triple cores it made form sandy bridge tec so its best celeron i have ever seen
plus this my pc

This celeron is made from SB architecture, but is a sort of tweaked down processor, that give a lot of problem with FFXIV..

Agree, a celeron is still a celeron. Hell, it's even more tweaked down than Pentium and that one is already pretty gimped.

The Celeron is a a lower binned processor - I'm already stating what you already know, but I can only imagine the CPU being the bottleneck for your friend.

Regardless, it'll play the game OK, but the game's gonna look like crap. And be sure to remind your friend not to have too many other things running because I'm pretty sure the game is going to tax the crap out of your CPU and GPU.
