Cleric Stance would switched the entire INT and MND stat, if you melded anything to MND or INT, they would also be switched, so if you melded INT to healer gear, it would become MND under cleric stance.

As I've stated before, the way Cleric Stance worked before was simply BAD, because allowed too many ways to make a mistake, from bad bonus point allocation, to bad gear, to lag.

They should have either:
A) Made it a WHM solo buff that lasts buffs the next caster attack (by adding MND to INT), regardless of the caster attack, and drops off after 10 seconds, recasts after 10 seconds.
or
B) Replace it a WHM party buff, that buffs the next caster attack (by adding the healers MND to INT) of each party member, and recasts after X seconds relative to the number of caster party members.

The existing buff is something of a joke (5% potency), and wasn't worth adding to the role bar.

The way it worked before, you were penalized for switching twice, thus you get stuck casting lamed DPS, or lamed healing, thus more parties wiped from bad or lagged stance dancing. It was bad, full stop. It was not like Tank stance, where you could still recover from a mistake.
