Leveling after 1.20

On topic: I hope that exp partying can become more skill based and less of an aoe spamfest, but with how the link system works itll probly stay the same sadly.

I was under the impression that the link system was being fixes in 1.20 to where only same enemies will link (no doblyns with antlings, etc.
