Glamour Plates in Any Sanctuary

Right now we can only apply a glamour plate in the 5 major cities and in housing zones. It would be nice if we could apply glamour plates in any sanctuary. When I go to Costa del Sol, I'd like to be able to use my glamour plate with my swimwear without having to go back to a city to apply it. Similarly if I am going to swim in the Ruby Sea or dive around Yanxia, I'd like to use my swimwear glamour plate. I usually don't use that glamour plate because I'd rather not run back to a city only to change my glamour.

SE, would you consider this change for a future update please?

I think it must be to do with the type of map. All the places we can apply plates are "town" spaces with no enemies present.

For costumes you want to be able to change into spontaneously, it's easy enough to just carry that gear with you, and save it as a gearset - either bring the actual swimwear, or apply the glamour to another set of gear while you're still in town. (You could buy a cheap set of Lv1 gear just for this purpose.)

I know there are various workarounds. None of them are very elegant. The Ruby Sea and Yanxia come to mind. These zones have quests where you are asked to dive. It's kind of an RP thing but if I am questing around there and an NPC needs me to dive for something, I am not interested in teleporting to town, applying swimwear and teleporting back. I am often not going to change my gear either because I might want the stats on my high level gear. If I am fishing in the Ruby Sea and then I want to go underwater and spear fish, I still want to keep my gathering stats. Yesterday I was in Costa del Sol and some people wanted to so the achievement fate there. I wanted to keep my swimwear glamour and not sacrifice my stats while I helped with that fate.

What would be just easy and painless would be if I could just apply a different glamour plate in one of the nearby sanctuary areas. If there is a reason why this change would be a problem, I would like to know.
