SE pls end X\FC# per account & remove GrndFathered multiple houses owned by 1 person

Houses will always be limited. At some point in the future servers will be merged and tons of houses will go. They need to balance demand with the long term viability of having hundreds of seperate instances on servers that people may or may not play. I think the current rules are fine. It might be more helpful to design the next new plot after Shirogane with more medium or larger plots, or God forbid, double prices.

No, you're just a customer that SE would be better off without because you cause more headaches for them than the small amount of your handful of subscriptions makes up for.

Also, the rules are still in effect. Feel free to go look at the housing info page. It still states one personal and one FC house per account per world. Lack of enforcement doesn't mean the rules were removed. They're still able to action your account at a time of their choosing for the exploit you have engaged in and continue to promote in their forums. I would imagine that most players would agree the sooner the better so the drama you intentionally provoke will go away.

I think I'm in a more favorable position to talk about what rules are in effect regarding houses than you will ever be. Anyway, what lack of enforcement? The game wouldn't allow you to purchase more FC houses during the two weeks moratorium. There was an actual error message displayed in the middle of the screen/chat. Now there's not. Surprising? Not really when its being listed as a temporary rule.

How is having a handful houses across multible accounts causing "headache" for SE? He's literally spending sub on multible accounts to SE, its win-win.

Sure there will be some players that dislikes that but housing is widely still available on 90% of the servers. If housing is a dealbreaker for you, move server. I have 300-400 available houses on my server.

I've yet to hear any legitimate complaint regarding players who own multiple houses. Casual players keep saying that we're using limited resources that more players could benefit from. The problem with that statement is that every single day on a server like Gilgamesh, there are vacant plots in Mist/LB/Ghetto Goblet and sometimes Shirogane. 14 hours after maintenance this week, there was still ~10 plots ready to be purchased across these housing areas. Nobody was in front of the placards spamming macros or just plain AFK.

It takes 45 days for a house to be demolished. That's a lot of time given to the owner, who doesn't even play, for a limited ressources that hasn't been used whatsoever. I would suggest they reduce the amount of unoccupied days before demolition to 3. That way, more houses could be available across all servers, all the time. Casual players who refuse to put the effort into acquiring a house complaining that they can't get a house will finally be happy and the real culprits of the current housing situation, on decently populated servers, will no longer gloom over the housing districts.

I also suggest they quadruple the current prices.
