Separate lighting/orchestrion control by floor

I would love to be able to do this, but the only thing that concerns me is that (from what I've observed ingame) the only time lighting or music changes by zone is when there is a loading screen. I would haaaaaaaaaaaate to have the house floors separated the same way that workshops or FC rooms are. I'm not sure how else they would do it. :/

Fates, battle music, mounts, special event areas in housing wards/cities - all ways that music can change without loading screens. LotRO could do this 6+ years ago, I'm sure SE can figure something out. I, too, would not want a house separated by loading zones.
