Alright then, Kisai.
The fact that you use a parser for anything, means you're incapable of judging that information yourself. Your obsession with minmaxing DPS on non-DPS roles, where the developers do not take ANY DPS from healers into account in designing the content, and is certainly not needed when you've overgeared the content, is why it's boring and easy. It's a toxic attitude to have, to tell players to play the game in a way it is not designed for, because it helps your parses. Like who gives a care about parses really?
So these parser raider players who are a minority in the game, ask for harder content, and yet don't even play the content like it was designed. I'm not telling you to play content in an inefficient way, but you are asking for changes to the game that will not be in any way hard because of your parser usage.
As has been asked of you at least a dozen times in the past, by all means, show us the way. Demonstrate for us the Savage encounters being played in the way that they were meant to be. We're all waiting. I just want to remind everybody that by the golden Kisai purity standard, beating the Savage tier in the 'proper' way without tainting it with evil raider cheater magic includes not using any of the following:
- Parsers (as she states here, 3rd party program that shows you damage numbers = cheating)
- Job rotations (theorycrafted by raiders using parsers. Ergo, cheating by proxy)
- Encounter guides (using 3rd party resources created outside the game: cheating)
- VOIP (3rd party program: cheating)
- Playing in a static (3rd party tools such as Discord or Reddit used for recruitment: cheating)
By all means, put your money where your mouth is. Show us the content being played in the way that it was designed. You yourself said that you were yearning for more challenging content, right?
Be the change you want to see in the world.

How about no. You seem to be under the impression that I'm in the wrong here by asking players to clear the content without parsing/guides. If you can't clear content without these, then nothing in the game is going to be hard. Yoshi-P is not going to design content just for parsers.
You are totally in the wrong for trying to assert your misguided opinions on content that you haven't even attempted as fact. This will remain to be the fact until you actually decide to try the content that you spend so much time decrying. How about no. What I don't understand is why you even care so much about the raiding playerbase. Anybody that's even set foot in savage/ultimate a single time knows that everything you spout is nonsense. How do the actions of the raiders, or the usage of the tools they utilize, affect the way you play in any way, shape, or form?

Hi everyone!
I just wanted to sneak in to say, we very much appreciate your valuable ideas and feedback regarding more high-difficulty content! We escalated this thread to the devs, but please note this doesn't guarantee that these ideas will be implemented.
On that note, my Pomander of Concealment is wearing off (who cleared Heaven on High?!)Thanks again!

That is awesome news! Thanks, Ridrina! Hopefully there will be some good traction from the devs that comes out of this wonderful idea by the OP.Hi everyone!

Parsing has been a thing since the Gordias days. Parsing was used for Ultimate Coil....Yoshi creates Ultima...full well knowing that people are going to use parsers on it and Ultima gets designed while knowing anyways.
Please just stop.

This is quite possibly the most absurd thing you've ever stated on these forums.
Anyone who has ever done early progression out of the gate through any complete raid tier that this game as had all that way from launch to present is likely laughing at this. I was in a firmly midcore group for Gordias and I can promise you, we had to optimise a LOT to get past A3S, let alone A4S. But even ignoring Gordias, my groups have usually had to iron out kinks and tidy up things to get our first clear in the later turns. We hit enrage on O7S a fair bunch before we got that kill.
You loathe the raid scene, that's fine. We get it. Now please stop spreading gibberish and misinformation about a facet of the game that you clearly don't understand nor have any involvement in.

Small correction here. Parsing has been a thing since first Coil. And many others MMO before this one. It was FFlogs the one that was born mid/end Gordias.
