It has promise, but a few notes:

Dex = WIND , INT = LIGHTNING, PIE = ICE

I'm pretty sure you meant: Dex = LIGHTNING , INT = ICE, PIE = WIND

White = Matching Attribute for Cluster/Crystal/Shard
Black = Matching Element for Cluster/Crystal/Shard

Its not as cut and dry as this every time.
Ex: Are you suggesting a materia that offers both STR and VIT requires both clusters to diffuse?
