How much tenacity should have a tank for savage?

I want to say Ten is maybe worst than the old substrat it supposed to replace.

You realise that Tenacity replaced Parry, right? The fact that Tenacity increases dps already makes it better than Parry.

In defense of tenacity, ever notice how the tanks of world first sigma and world first UwU stacked loads of it? :thinking:

Because world first groups used Tenacity to offset being below to intended iLvl for the later Sigmascape floors, and because there's a lot of damage going out in Ultimate fights.
