I think per category is the housing size. I entered for large and apartment. As long as you only do 1 entry for each, and not more for the same housing size.

so, that said... does it mean i'm in a bad position i guess?
because i've got two Plots, both Small (private and FC) but i don't want to choose between them :/

If they are both small size, then you can only submit 1 entry for one of them, because they are both under the same category
