Dismissing people in Gubal?

SE needs to add a "you are being kicked message" instead of you with no word leaving the duty
This would stop those certain people who parse that kick people in randoms for low dps or for no good reason.

First off, adding a message is just begging for drama.

Second of all, if someone doesn't want to play with you, for whatever reason, it's better to encourage more kicks than less to short circuit drama before it escalates to full on you don't pay my sub territory.

Low dps is a good reason to kick someone at 70. Kicking someone because their pink glamour gives you anxiety is a dumb reason.

If it's going to cause an argument, kick. Good or bad reason.
