Ya they said they could build a system for FFXIV 1.0 but that be a waste of time they said they rebuilding the system all together for 2.0 So i really doubt it we have anything for 1.0.

The Free company would have what wow and most games have.

You can set Ranks to each member and you can name it yourself Like King,Queen,Knight,Pawn Like King would be the Leader and have full control over the Free company. Knights would have lower control and you can also set the control you want for each members. I think they also going to do a Free company Bank and Free company building so your free company can go inside and hang out and craft can make stuff for the inside.

So Free company is a better version of other MMO guilds.

And ya should not be hard allowing us to kick out members but sadly they just don't want to waste time they have to rebuild everything just to do that then rebuild it again for 2.0.

yea, i understand the whole drawing resources thing away from one thing to do another and all, but with p2p and 2.0 being 2013 i think they should at least make it work for temporary. Give a product worth paying for. if it continued to be f2p id be alot more understanding.
