Hey I am the first one to agree that lazy player shouldn’t come even close to savage contents! So if you talk about me you are wrong mate. I love this game and I put a lot of effort everyday, too much sometimes I think and I dedicate so much time to my favourite classes to master it and optimise them! I study skills,stats,see povs before to jump in serious contents. If you got time to have two statics and synchronise yousejf with people to play YOU ARE LUCKY! I don’t have time because I work often at night that’s all.

For Ms Ultima: really I am on the phone and seriously can’t make a file to show you my opener come on, told you Garuda opener you see online with few little adjustments.
Anyway if you don’t deal every week with toxic greedy player good for you but I do and many others too... still I don’t need to prove myself to you.
Luckyly many ppl on this forum understood my post and agree. Many others on other forum say the same parses are the ruin of games. Good player can improve themselves without

Oh, but anybody who studies guides from theorycrafters and checks logs to see how the best players are doing their rotations are simply blind followers. No, we have to use videos and study...some...other kind of way. Your argument is falling apart, OP. Also, if you did the Garuda opener, you'd have a markedly higher DPS - so long as you actually did more than two Bahamut summons, that is. And used your skills properly.

If you honestly have screenshots of people saying "sorry m8 you're grey" by all means share them and win the argument. Until this is proven to actually be a thing that happens (and with frightening regularity if we are to believe the anti-parser crowd) it's all just made up stories.

Edit: As someone's who has PF'd the majority of their Savage clears I don't have amazing numbers, especially on WHM since for some reason in Savage my brain says "DO ALL THE HEALING!", and yet I have never had anyone say anything to me about my dps in Savage. Ever. I know it's just my anecdote against OP's but still worth noting.

Certainly not everyone will do it. Even in WoW, where Warcraft Logs and similar tools are allowed outright and people can be open about using them, not everyone does. However, if the information is available and useful, you can count on someone making use of it.

I never suggested that at all - I personally look up logs from most people I encounter in PF. I've still never kicked anyone for their logs nor do I know anyone who has.

I will say I watch people who have performed particularly poorly a bit closer, though that's due in part to me assuming they will flub a mech and need more healing than party members with better performance records.

Just recently my group subbed a BLM for our clown clear and GK progress. He had one grey clown parse. He consistantly died and/or killed my cohealer. We invited him to our discord for callouts and spent nearly an hour with this guy trying to get through clown before calling it quits.

I know not every group will necessarily go quite that far but overall I see more patience and "lets try again" from people in PF than I see what the OP is claiming. I think the time I got the most salt from anyone it was a WAR in o5s who just could not survive the buster+prey, like he never saved a CD for that. He was also grey though, so I don't know if that's necessarily an example of elitism as much as it is overconfidence and lack of understanding.

Either way, the OP has made a claim that there is rampant log-based discrimination in this game and I don't see it so I asked him to proove his assertion. The fact that he almost assuredly can't do so is kind of the point I'm making here.

So why do you classify them as bad? Because if the logs! Ergo, logs are the issue! No logs, no salt,everybody happy! Still I don’t see DPS in average to deal over 5k... 5k it’s the AVERAGE.

Someone said 4K for tank, that’s insanity lol not even WAR can, 1 tank that can over other 1000 is not average

4K DPS is pretty damn braindead to reach as a tank

It's just that majority of tanks are Defiance hogs that don't know how to play

You have no idea what it's like dealing with Trump probably, no idea at all probably. I'd rather listen to people on the OF than hear him in my news station day in and day out. The two aren't even on the same metric scale to be compared with. One side is having the differing opinions on a gaming forum that literally affects no one, the other side is having differing opinions that actually trickle down and affect my life and livelihood. What I find ridiculous? I am a raider that support: team work,respect, a friendly and positive environment for EVERYONE! A community where nobody gets classified, insulted or diminished for the stupid colour of their log. RESULT: I get demonised and put on a stake!! This isn't a safe space. It's a public forum. If you say something that others disagree with, be prepared to explain yourself or get some backlash for it. This isn't a platform where you're always going to be right or be swarmed by people worshiping you for your opinion. You're allowed to have them, but by no means, do we have to agree with them just because you say so.

For real plus some of the most insulting things have come from the OP not the people defending parser use. Calling people greedy telling them how they damage the community. I’m going to throw out there if no one on this forum has got banned for parser use it’s because no one has harassed anyone with one. That means if they run one it’s for personal use which the devs have said they wouldn’t care about as long as it wasn’t talked about in game or used to harass people. Funny how that works, guess the OP wasn’t smart enough to figure that one out.
