Chemist [Healer Concept]

Just had a quick look and a few things popped out to me. =)
1) Delude - I did a quick Google search in case I was being silly but I think you mean Dilute with this skill name.
2) Pharmacology - Whenever you give a description for this, you simply say that it increases Chemists Abilities by 20%. I'm just double checking that you mean a potency increase (based on Focused Sight seeming to be it's opposite).
3) Phoenix Raiser - I don't know if this was a simple mistake (just double checking again ^.^) but this one should really have an 8s cast time to be in line with the other Raise spells. I understand that it shouldn't take that long to aim at a dead body or punch in a salve into your hand canon compared to other potions but this is how the others work so this one should be the same.

Sorry, I know this is a little bit nit picky but based on my quick read of this thread, I kinda like your idea of Chemist. I enjoyed reading it ^.^
