Made a huge thread about this very thing long time ago back in 2.0

I did get a response from them back then, it was not a full stop "no". But it wasn't a yes either. SHOW SUPPORT FOR THIS I'D STILL LIKE TO HAVE IT!

We're looking into this, but body hair would be a completely new element, and there is a possibility that it would affect some gear designs. We expect adding body hair will take a lot of work, so for now we'd like to prioritize adding new hairstyles that are being requested.

See, this is kind of a weird thing because I'd love for it to be an option, I think it'd look great on my ex-bf's toon, but I wouldn't use it myself since I'm way more on the androgynous pretty boy type of characters lol

It's nice to see that this is something other people really want.

I don't see how the hair could affect gear? The gear is essentially just a skin replacing the existing texture of the torso. The only gear I can see this affecting is shirts with open collars since you would have to have the hair poking out.

This would be entirely optional. Pretty boys are alright, but I'd rather be a handsome man.

The hair movement is all about coming together. We will not push away the hairless wonders of the world.

I personally wouldn't use it, I like pretty boys, but more character creation options is always a good thing! Let people be as handsome and manly as they want!

And they should add more facial hair options, I think a lot of people want that too.

I literally just saw "The 40 Year Old Virgin for the 1st time yesterday and that chest waxing scene was torture, because it was really happening in real life! All the actors reactions were real! Ouch!!!
