Tickets are all gone for fan fest

Yep, this is what happened to my fc mate. Only had the option of buying one, and he decided not to go through with it because the rest of us were given the sold out message.

I saw the option once, my sis a few times. as we were paying together we always selected 2, and thus were always denied. this happened over a few minute period. I honestly thought it was the left overs from other people's carts and that it was getting bought to fast. that was until my sis noticed the thread talking about it.

Something is totally wrong with this! I got in the very second the ticket site was up it was still 12:00 sharp when I went into the queue. There is no way that many got in faster. I was forced to wait for 27 minutes before the ticket window came up with the notice the tickets had sold out. Something is very wrong with this mess. And now there area a bunch of scalpers selling the tickets at 2-3 times the prices?

yea I forgot that reminds me. another odd thing. So both my sister, and myself had the site up on our computers. after about 20 mins in her's began to flash while she was in queue that the tickets were all reserved. Mine did it once, that it and continued as if I could get tickets. then she made it to the dreaded page that says sold out. I made it there shortly after. strange how we both had differences in our screens. don't really know if it's relevant, but strange.

To add my own story to this, I made it to checkout and selected 2 tickets. After attempting to pay I was charged 2 separate times for 2 tickets. Both times I didn't reserve any confirmation but only the charges on my account. I was then removed from the checkout and showed up on the "sold out" screen.

Incredibly frustrating experience.

I don't want any one who got away from entering code to get punished. We are all Warriors of Light after all. It's just a matter of which side you're standing in this situation. We all started out fair by knowing access code will give us pretty good chance of getting the tickets, but it turned out there was a technical issue bypassing the access code requirement, mix up of queing orders, and now, shitty excuse by the PR. Our enemy is elsewhere, showclix? SE? don't know, but it's elsewhere, not us. I'm simply shocked by their response to this even after admitting there was a technical issue involved in this. I'm pretty sure showclix are hiding something and SE is trying everything to cover that up because if the truth reveals, it'll get worse. I'm guessing showclix's server tech have huge roll in this issue. Why would you keep running problem server by just turn off one feature(crucial one) and not shutting down the server until the issue was fixed? Need some solid answers.

Ok so another question. As others have questioned how many tickets were there? you listed more than last time right? ok since last time it took over 8 hours to sell out, how many people were let into checkout at a time estimate last time( I know they won't know an exact number) last time I was in the very beginning and I bought my ticket 45 minutes later. slow flow right. remember there were less tickets last time.

ok so next question how many did you let into check out this time. it would have to be several times more to sell out so fast. I know people could buy up to four tickets, but still it was like that last time too.

so obviously lets say 4000 of us (we're going big I think but a lot of people are complaining on social media) all hit the button at the same time. like half of us( we'll count the scalpers, and bots in this) get through quickly. much faster than last time, and buy all the tickets. though I can't say us, I didn't get tickets wow it sold out really fast.

now last time I would assume maybe only 3000 of us tried, and eventually got through with others joining later in the day. so obviously those 3000 were let in at a slower pace because it took awhile before they all got through.

maybe I'm tired, or too depressed, but it seems odd. how did so many tickets go so fast. how did people who were in line after those of us who clicked at the beginning get through first?

They had a maximum of 30 reserved for that package.
