STILL Have Not Received Feast Season 8 Reward

Some background about this situation, when the GMs started individually mailing out player rewards from Feast Season 8 on Tuesday July 3, 2018, I checked my mail and realized that it was unable to receive anymore Game Mail. I quickly deleted the mail but it seems that they have already finish distributing the rewards by that time so I was essentially skipped or forgotten.

I contacted a GM about this in game and he told me that these rewards (Vouchers) take up to a month to be delivered. I am almost certain this has never happened to anyone else in the community and I am also almost certain that I am the only one out of the 6 Data Centers that STILL have not received "Season Eight Pack Wolf Voucher".

In all 8 seasons of feast that I have played in (in which I have gotten rank 1, top 10, top 100), I know very well that the rewards are sent out one-by-one to players starting alphabetically by Data Center (Aether, Elemental, etc) and then by rank acquired for that season (Rank 1, 2, 3, etc). The fact that everyone that has achieved top 100 in both Primal AND Aether Data Centers has already received their rewards with me being the only exception, there is clearly an issue. Why should I have to wait ONE MONTH to maybe receive my voucher when 99 other players in the same Data Center has received theirs already?

Can confirm I got my reward despite being lower ranked (and on Primal), and was chatting with people close to my ranking as rewards were being delivered, they were getting it moments after me.

This might be a minor thing, but did your character's name change? I know that when I changed mine (for contest rewards), I didn't receive them, so I had to work to get that resolved.

How long did it take for you to get your reward?
Did you contact GMs or Customer support?

Its been a while since S8 ended and Miyu still has not gotten her Reward despite placing in the top 20.

Well, mine was a little different because it was a contest reward, but I had changed my character's name. I just created a new character with the same name, and the award came to me. I didn't need to do anything else.

Since it has been some time since the season ended, I'd wait until the month has passed before pressing about it again. It's strange that the rewards can take up to a month to be delivered though...I'd understand if it was being delivered to something like 10,000 people.

Somewhat related -- I'd also make sure your mailbox is cleaned out (including sent/opened mails).
