Do we know which fates are linked to Not Just A Tribute? So far it seems like Live For The Mettle is one of them, but I wonder if there's any other. Finishing related fates could help push the respawn of Tribute.

I know a Tall Order is definitely linked to it, but I'm not sure there's any others.
Is anyone else missing Pale or at least experiencing very late spawns on him?
Our spawners didn't see him for many days now, he hasn't spawned after maintenance yet and didn't even spawn after the maintenance before this one. Even no spawn when we assumed his timer's up again.
I don't wanna think about the possibility for him being ninja'd the last three or four possible spawns ... then again, even though our spawners are online almost all the time, there's a chance of him being ninja'd because none of us saw any callouts ...
I didn't notice any other FATE that's linked to NJAT except LFTM.
Is Tall Order in the area next to NJAT? Because for Cerf's Up we don't have any linked FATE's that are far away, all of the linked ones are kinda in the same area of the map.

Tall Order is a short ways east of where Tribute spawns.
I've never seen it coexisting with that or Live for the Mettle.
I have a theory for the Pale Rider that I've been testing on Jenova.
The Pale Rider always spawns right after a Treasure Coffer is opened in the Hinterlands, that much is true.
However, what if the actual trigger occurs when loot from a treasure coffer transfers to a player's inventory?
That is to say, can the probability of a successful spawn increase when multiple players open a treasure coffer simultaneously?
I've been testing it out for a while now, and I personally feel the odds improve the more players are in the party when you open the treasure coffer.
It could just be a string of coincidences and my theory could be bogus, but I beseech hunters to experiment and theory craft on their own.
I still feel we are missing something regarding Pale and Agrippa.
Agrippa has been an elusive ass on Jenova lately, if it means anything. Is anyone else missing Pale or at least experiencing very late spawns on him?

One of his cycles was outrageously bad, where almost two dozen Mor Dhona maps were cleared after their timer maxed out
I don't know if this is known as the original post still says otherwise, but after confirming through player search I was the only person in Northern Thanalan, during a very inactive hour, I spawned Minhocao without any earth crystal landing in my inventory, it spawned at the same time an earth sprite died. The spawn seems to be killing sprites rather than earning crystals.
This also makes me wonder if the spawn is similar to Leucrotta/Udumbara, I can't confirm a number of kills because I can't guarantee other people didn't kill sprites before I arrived to the map, it only took me 4 sprite kills.
EDIT: I'd also like to mention this is the second time I observed this discrepancy, the first time I assumed someone else happened to kill a sprite at the same time as me and they got a crystal, but now that I managed to do it alone in the map seems like it wasn't just a fluke.
I also wanted to provide a screenshot but then realized there's no real way to prove absence of people in player search without taking a video, but I triple checked player search as soon as it spawned and no one else was in the map.

I think it may be mentioned upthread, but I'm pretty confident it is 100 earth sprite kills. Ever since I heard this number and started counting my sprite kills, I have had more reliable luck spawning him (kill 100 sprites and then take a break for a bit rather than killing random amounts of sprites). I've also had him spawn on my exact 100th sprite kill twice now.I don't know if this is known as the original post still says otherwise, but after confirming through player search I was the only person in Northern Thanalan, during a very inactive hour, I spawned Minhocao without any earth crystal landing in my inventory, it spawned at the same time an earth sprite died. Yeah it is 100 sprite kills, had another chance for an isolated test with no one else in the map.
