Can we get a buff to the platinum hoards in HoH please?

i think you could have bad luck with them but my party got 6 platinum on our last clear and between the group of us we got 3 sephirot weapons, 4 minions, 3 bardings, 3 orchestrion rolls, one dodo, and several glamours.

the drop rate of stuff seems quite good actually, i mean we didn't see any fireworks and only a couple grade V materia from the whole 24 sacks

The point is that all those minions, bardings, and orchestrion rolls are also found in the much easier and far more common silver sacks. If the orchestrion rolls were say, the ones that are usually exclusive to treasure maps then yeah sure that would be great, those things are rare enough. But they aren't, they're the most common orchestrion rolls that have been out for over a year and drop almost 100% of the time in their respective dungeon.

Edit: To drive my point home, I've had the exact same minion (wind up Garuda) in all three hoard types. The worst thing is that the appraisal treats it as a super rare drop based on the appraisal animation.

From what I have seen, the higher the sacks, the greater the likelihood you get the "rare" items.

Ideally? Grade 6 materia as the "junk" reward, since we're swimming in them anyway these days, and remove grade 5s entirely. That would be a great start.

Out of 6 I got. One was the mini tower and 2 easy to craft minions. Rest was material V which is junk. They should buff it or get rid of low value rewards that you get most time from them. Like get rid of minions and material vi from the rewards. Get enough of those from silver and gold sacks. Who needs material vi when get so many clusters from doing hunts.

I don't know how many sacks you have opened but this is blatantly false, you can get grade V materia and orchestrion roll from low level dungeons such as sastasha can be found within the common rewards of platinum. These sacks drop far more junk than potd 151-200 sacks.

An orchestrion roll from sastasha shouldn't be a reward for clearing this content, nor devalued grade V materia.

I just want potsherds from these hoards. Instead of confetti in silver hoards, give me a empyrean potions. Instead of confetti on gold hoards, give me a potsherd. Instead of crummy T5 materia or ARR music rolls from platinum bags, give me 3 potsherds.

Solo climbs are impossible without hundreds of empyrean potions. I went through 18 on floor 61 alone, I'm not going to farm f21-30 dozens of times just for 1 attempt.
