Remove the Grand Company aspect entirely from Frontline

Give it a few weeks and Maelstrom will be loosing hard because migration to one GC always causes more migration to another GC!

Nimue, its been this way on primal for at least a year. Since the tail end of HW, when they nerfed exp, if I remember. There's been zero migration, and mael has been having 80% win rates for that long. In Seal Rock i had 30ish win percent, but all of a sudden i noticed i had been dipping to 10-15%. It was then i noticed freelancer also put me on flames 90% of the time, and it hasn't changed, I still get the same percents.

It's persisted a long time. And its impossible to break, because the only way to do so is to get the other two GCs teaming up on mael. Adder especially will refuse to attack them many times when they need to so they can have a chance at a win. People at this point are pretty frustrated,
