    Motionjoy is great and all, until you put your controller down for 5 minutes, the controller goes to sleep, and you have to restart the game to get the game to recognize the controller again. If anyone has a fix for that, I'd love to hear it.

    Sounds like you're running FFXIV with elevated permissions yet not motionjoy. Either turn your UAC settings down a notch so you won't run FFXIV in admin.. or run motionjoy in admin also.
