    When I log in, the pop up comes. I close it and be done with it. When I change areas, the notification shows up in the bottom right of my screen. Most of the time I don't even notice it's there. When I do, I just ignore it and it goes away shortly. I don't see what the big problem is with this.

    It's not exactly a problem, per se, more that most people seem to see it as an minor inconvenience that should be easily rectified.

    They need to fix it. Even pops up when there is none for that area your in.
