    They could at least offer to forward these concerns tot he dev team and let us know that they've done so. It would be nice to know that it's at the very least being acknowledged rather than being ignored

    It's basically what they are doing on a daily basis. They are paid for that. They don't have to reply to every other thread just to say "We did forward it to the dev team", that is completely pointless. Everything is read.
