    It ends with a notice saying something along the lines of this phase of rebuilding is complete, next phase starting soon. Then it has a notice saying you can still donate but it won't count for now

    This is kind of what I was thinking. I'm a week behind so I hadn't seen this message yet, but I was thinking "they will surely continue this in the next major patch."
