whatever I feel like, MRD mostly. Yes I would rather spend my time helping my LS get classes to 50 than spend it town crafting. Is that a bad thing?

I don't think it is and here's why; you can get more than double the xp at that camp vs any other. So even if you switched jobs, you and everyone else can still get all your level 40 classes to 50 in just a few hours all while rotating who plays a level 50 job.
