Well it’s a change to your avatars body. This should be accessible for everyone . What happens when they start locking a hairstyle (or tattoo, or eye style) behind a savage fight? It shouldn’t be locked by any battle content whatsoever. If that makes sense.... I dunno, I don’t like the idea of avatar changes being locked behind battle accomplishments

But the purpose of the Deep dungeons is to be accessible to anyone. All you need to do potd floor 1-100 is to have aetherpool gear lv 30 and done the lv 15 main quest storyline. It's fairy more easy then to get the new hairstyle from pvp. Maybe that deep dungeon will be like potd and not be restricted only to lv 70 players.

They've already confirmed it starts at 61. It basically is Stormblood POTD.

the second hair from latest major patch is locked behind pvp think it's like 18k seals for that one plus suppose you could count gold saucer hairs locked until you get the mgp to buy them the one in place of the dead is duty content but yeah you can buy it off the market board so...
