Audio sometimes cuts out since a week ago

Has the issue ever happened to you before?

Nope. First time ever and I've been playing since ARR launched.

Any changes or updates that seem to coincide with the issue?

I am /pretty/ confident that the first time it happened, it was before Patch 4.31 but only 80%, it could have happened after. I don't remember exactly when we did the Extreme but it was no earlier than the first weekend of the month. I've done no hardware updates at all for about a couple months.

Is there any pattern you notice?

Just that it's happened both times during duties.

Are your using any speakers that have drivers? If so, check to see if they are up to date.

Using a headset connected with standard jacks, doesn't have specific drivers to my knowledge though my sound card is up to date.
