    #4: One does not pick gear for a class they barely play / feel uncomfortable playing in the first place, no doubt. But the point of the all greed option was that you had the option to bring out your best job performance wise over having to use the job that you play often too, but performs worse due to gear differences or potentially a job being weaker in the 24-man raid setting (while not impossible, BLM for example feels atrocious in Ridorana if you don't have full grasp of your kit yet). And if you needed gear for your "main", should one not have a lot of tome pieces, sigma (normal / savage), potentially ANEMOS gear as you describe it in point #1?

    The idea was to boost performance per individual by bringing them to play their best job with the option of having equal chances to gear alt jobs.

    I personally don't mind either system, but it just makes me really mad when players don't want to accept that either system would have been perfectly fine since both offer pros and cons.

    I can see the pros of greed only just fine. It just so happens the cons massively outweigh them because the success of the system relies too heavily on players to be decent people.
