Unfaithful FC mates ANNOY me...

Ideally, yeah, one should sit down and talk things out. However, in the heat of the moment, after some angry keyboard mashing, the "Leave FC" button becomes the final "F YOU!" weapon in someone's arsenal. Especially if they were arguing with the FC Leader at the time.

Now, maybe at some point later, they might cool off.

I didn't mean to suggest you're a bad person or anything, I'm just saying that the fact multiple people have done this to you/your FC suggests that there could be some kind of common factor: you, the FC, etc. Who knows.

In all seriousness though, also look at your FC mates, the ones who are active. Maybe one of them is abrasive. Do they tell offensive jokes or talk offensively? Maybe stuff is happening behind your back when you're not on?
