Steps:
1. Accept Namazu Beast tribe quest, "Overcommitment"
2. Speak to Namazu Apothecary at x26.4, y:21.6
3. Quest step, "Catch a fishy fish at Dothari Khaa.
4. Begin fishing at Dothari Khaa (coordinates above), when the fishing starts, there is no notification of quest "Overcommitment" active at this location. Catching of multiple fish, does not yield a "Fishy Fish"
5. Speculation, quest "A Favor Repaid" was also located at the same fishing location and was accepted at the same time as the quest "Overcommitment". The fishing location quest notification did work correctly for "A Favor Repaid."
6. Handed in a completed "A Favor Repaid", returned, and tried "Overcommitment" again without success.
7. Abandoned quest "Overcommitment"
8. Restarted quest "Overcommitment", repeat steps 1, 2, 3 and 4
9. No quest notification on commencement of fishing. Multiple fish caught without catching a "Fishy Fish".
10. Abandoned quest "Overcommitment"
11. Restarted quest "Overcommitment" on ALC, quest completes normally.

I can 2nd confirm this, when fishing at x19.3 y28.6, I got the "[21:26]Mark for the quest “Overcommitment” detected." and the item for quest, which is part of Lower Yat Khaal, the the quest step gives wrong location

The quest "Surprise Offerings" has a similar issue. The quest objective in the Quest Tracker says, "Catch a spikefish at Azim Khaat." However, the Namazu Procurer tells you to catch "a spikefish from the waters of Hak Khaal".
