They *could* have put the songs in-game as a reward for a difficult task- like minimum iLvl trials or something similar. Heck, make them untradeable so only those willing to fight through will get them. The orchestrion could have been made from a rare drop on Thornmarch Extreme. Could have.

But why do that when people are willing to pay for them instead? And here I thought buying the game, the expansions and paying a sub was enough to access all the games content. Ah well. I'm sure people will defend this greed, just like they defend everything EA- sorry SE do. /shrugs

Those music scrolls you can get already ingame, just not the orchestral versions which are part of a special soundtrack CD and where never ingame music in that arranged form.
There is no dungeon, trial, raid or cutscene that play the orchestral versions.
