Do you expect others to work overtime on the weekend to address a low priority issue that affects very little of the playerbase?

The time you could have spent showing how you expect to be treated like royalty by someone who doesn't have the power to help you, you could have done something productive with your other characters on your account or something.

As for your backwards sounding way of calling me a yes-man, I'm not the one that doesn't know how to spend my time elsewhere other than complaining on a forum.
I at least am helping others on the same server report the issue without being entitled.

You see, this is why reading technical support on the Japanese section of the forums feels so much nicer. There's a distinct lack of gratitude for the staff elsewhere.

You're gods damned right I'm entitled. I paid with my own money that I earned working in customer service, and if I make a mistake at my job that affects my customers I'll do everything in my power to help them.
