I highly doubt it will be out soon (i.e., next two weeks). We haven't heard much about the patch and this one has a lot in it (e.g., names of abilities, recipe revisions, etc). My guess is late-December early January. (And yea I know what all the schedules say).

Hope I am wrong, I just wouldn't get your hopes up.

I doubt it would be that late. We've been getting weekly updates on the what will be included in the update. I'm sure we'll get some patch notes by Friday and be downloading it by Tuesday or Monday. If we got it early January, it would delay the Feb release of 1.21 and would most likely delay 2.0.

SE has been very hush hush as of late. Been disappointed the last few days the only update we have received is about class recipes.

SE goes very quiet before the release of an update. They always have. I'm thinking it'll be this week or next. I don't expect to see anything else updated on the lodestone until the update is released.

1.19 was announced a week ahead of time I believe. I was hoping they would do this for 1.20.

Won't pretend to understand it, but I don't think it is that easy to imply coding from a different system to FFXIV's system.
