I would just like to update this group with the situation. As it stands I had to purchase Mudfish VPN in order to properly raid without lag during my normal playtime because SE refuses to acknowledge the problem. Also to help make a point, while using mudfish I specifically connected to nodes in San Jose and had the exact same issue and had to bounce off another node in order to reduce the lag. I feel like this confirms my initial suspicions that the issue is ongoing from NTT routers upstream from the Data Center. I implore SE to acknowledge that there are internet routing issues related to NTT.
