Augmented i350 crafted gear is a disappointment

It can be over melded unless it says otherwise. What gear are you trying to over meld? Normally is VI on slots otherwise V. Just remember the higher the materia tier the lower the percentage of success.

My BRD buddy ran a test on a headpiece yesterday. He could not over-meld it. He used junk Tier 3 Skill speed materia for the testing.

I can understand accessories being overmeldable, but left side cannot be overmeldable. It would make the new Ivalice gear even more DoA than it already is.

No, none of the gear is actually overmeldable. But I can understand a request to the devs of asking for the accessories to be overmeldable as besides crafted gear, tomestones and the savage raid, there is no other way to get accessories.
