    With the way data is stored in FFXIV, the text for voiced dialogue is not stored in the same "place" as the text for text-box only dialogue is, which is "linked" to a specific quest. So all the database sites (Garland Tools, XIVDB, etc.) don't know how to match the voice dialogue quest with the correct quests.

    Oh, that might explain it then. So if it's an unvoiced-but-still-cinematic cutscene then the text will show up in the quest script, but voiced cutscenes don't?
