    Huh, weird, maybe a mistranslation then? In French, it says: "Le taux de réussite des synthèses rapides a été abaissé." which would translate in English by "The success rate of quick synthesis has been lowered.".

    Ok, just checked the Japanese logs, it does say that the rate of success has been augmented. So, this was clearly a mistranslation, sorry for the useless question.
