More often than not, people don't do that, but simply shout LFG or LFG + their level. Just a suggestion which might help. They could probably also include the level of the player looking for group as well, but this could be detrimental to lower levels looking for groups.
Ahh i see. Maybe they could allow a duty finder inside Eureka.More often than not, people don't do that, but simply shout LFG or LFG + their level. Just a suggestion which might help. I love the official forums, they tell you to use the search for thread about what you wanted to talk but when you use it they judge for necro a thread.
Unless your suggestion would somehow allow me to specify "I'll play literally any job, if you want me to," I would be dissatisfied with this idea. I can't imagine there are that many people that would indicate I WILL ONLY PLAY THIS ONE JOB when it's so easy to level jobs to cap.
I can only speak for myself here, but I do this because I have everything leveled and geared (at least to Eureka's level cap). Indicating my job is pointless. I run around as RDM because it allows me to solo-pop NMs and heal myself, but if a party demands another role for whatever weird reason that I consider justified (needing a tank to pop wraiths, or needing a tank in a low-pop instance are about the only reasonable requests I've ever seen), I'll certainly switch. If you want someone to be a specific role, try asking.
My suggestion to you would be level at least one of every role, and to fill these perceived needs yourself.
