Ally Targeting - How do you do it?

The one I use is:

Charachter Configuration > Control Settings > Mouse > The set scroll up/down under Mouse Wheel Settings to scroll through party list.

Yea, but the scroll is configured to Zoom in and Zoom out. I'd have to bind that to something else... Don't want to be stuck zoomed in on myself do to a change in scenery.

Edit: I bound scroll through party members to Shift+Scroll. That way I can have both. Now I just need to figure out how to make it so when it scrolls through it is scrolling locking on, and not just highlighting them... I've had the same problem with my Tab targetting ever since I changed some stuff with it...
