...unless I'm terribly mistaken, it IS already on the mogstation? I just checked and if there isnt a second moogle-costume-set that I'm not aware off, you can buy it for 9€.
Back then people werent to happy about that being a thing because it was advertised as being exclusive to buying the livestream (or attending FanFest) - turns out it wasnt that exclusive after all.
