A thought in regards to Raubahn's condition (spoiler if you are new to the game)

While I agree Raubahn got plenty of spotlight compared to the other leaders, I really wish he had a more important role in Stormblood and led the people rather than Lyse. I get why Lyse was chosen - she is pretty, easy to draw, aesthetically pleasing, easier to make merch and fan art of but Raubahn's been fighting for Ala Mhigo since 1.0 times. Ilberd pushed his buttons and seeing them clash in SB in similar manner as Lyse and Fordola did would been far more interesting to me than what we got. I felt Ala Mhigo's plot very flat with little to no attachment to the characters there. (beyond interested where Fordola will go)

I see they retired Raubahn, but I felt like they prepared him for a big moment only to steal it and hand it to someone else then kinda push him aside cause they didn't know what to do with him and thought killing him would've been too much. Given all this, yeah I'm done with the character. I suppose he will be like Estinien and just show every once in a while.

Absolutely, and if Alisaie maybe wanted to stay with her I'd be ecstatic to see her go, too. Raubahn I'm actually pretty attached to, but he's had plenty of time in the spotlight, and 4.1 feels like a very satisfying conclusion to his storyline; all that's really left for him to do is settle in and keep Lyse from accidentally destroying Ala Mhigo.

I'd rather see more Limsa myself, but maybe giving Gridania more screentime will help to like them more? I'm not sure I'll ever be able to forgive them for the Lancer class story though.

If I had to pick one Ala Mhigan character to stick around it'd be Arenvald. He's far less grating than Lyse and Raubahn.

I hope he sticks around. He feels pretty firmly affiliated with the Scions, though, so I'm not really worried.

Agreed; Fordola is the one real bright spot in the expansion for me; I'm really hoping she's being built up to fill Lyse's slot on the Scions' roster, maybe as a duo with Arenvald. We could certainly use more combat-capable Echo users, so the WoL doesn't have to do everything themself (even if they do in the end since they're the PC, it would be nice to have the narrative illusion that others are picking up some of the slack).

To me it looks like Raubahn will fall into the same role with Lyse as he was with Nanamo, where she acts as a figurehead while he does most of the heavy lifting and dirty work. With any luck he'll be able to help her grow up and be less terrible.

Arenvald's been there since the beginning of 2.0. He survived the Garlean raid on the Waking Sands thanks to the sacrifices of two other Scions and helped rebuild. I'm working on a new alt and about the reason why I haven't story-potioned her is so I can interact with him and see all the dialog I kept missing because I thought he was irrelevant like the rest of the minor scions. Kind of shows you never know where the next curve-ball will come NPC wise, like Meffrid.
