Petition to SE - Make More Cash Shop Items Account Wide

I just "love" how server limitations are reasons that we dont get quite some stuff and technical limitations are even used as a reason to explain why suddenly even merchandise items are single character only..Its really frustating and at least there they should try to do something and I dont really understand it because they are still releasing account wide stuff..wouldnt that mean that somewhere in the future you could hit a limit and not be able to buy more items? Wouldnt that be bad for business?

Thanks for making the petition. I support this 100%.
There are a few items that I've looked at and decided not to buy simply because they aren't account-bound. I would have a lot less problems with the pricing of the new outfits if all my characters could use them.

18 dollars is way too much for clothing especially if it don't come with hair.

example would be thancred it only cost 15 bucks and you got hairstyle and these other sets do not come with hair and are 18 bucks rip off.

Signing this. Also, fix the recent trend of pack-in DLC codes not giving account wide items, like the Wind-up Yotsuyu. This trend needs to stop.

Which is laughable as an excuse. They really should be able to fix that. I suspect it's not a priority because of the potential for repeat business as people buy the same item more than once for each character.

Then again, they use "server limitations" as an excuse for virtually everything. Maybe it's time to upgrade from gerbil to hamster power.

And you know what would bypass that potential issue entirely? If they allowed us to mail our alts and Mog Station outfits were allowed to be sent to other characters on a single account. Not as ideal as making everything account-wide, but if SE were to toss out excuses, this eliminates one.

Absolutely agreed, whilst I'm not one for alts and as such, I'm lucky this doesn't really bother me personally, many of my friends have 2 or 3 characters that they regularly play. It's completely unreasonable to expect them to shell out that amount of money to have their alts glamoured in the same manner as their mains.
